I send a flyer with all newly repotted plants with instructions on how to care for them. This is a natural occurence when orchids are repotted and not necessarily the results of poor management. BE AWARE that when I list a plant that has been recently repotted, it is in the process to growing new roots and the old ones may not be viable. Mutilated plants do not qualify for refunds.
Should you decide to repot my plants and remove any or all roots, then consider it YOURS. Merchandise must be returned in the condition it was in when it arrived and at your expense.
